Square Enix brings Chrono Trigger classic RPG to Android
Despite my addiction to Final Fantasy games, I’ve never played the equally compelling RPG called Chrono Trigger before. It’s also one Squaresoft’s classic RPGs loved by many games in the SNES and Nintendo DS platform. So, it’s quite interesting to know that Square Enix has brought the game to Google and is now available for a premium price of $9.99.
Don’t let the price disappoint you and prevent you from getting this game. After all, it’s price is still cheaper than most of the Square Enix Android games. And for that price, you’ll get the complete Chrono Trigger game including the additional areas added to the Nintendo DS version of the game - Dimensional Vortex and Lost Sanctum.
Additionally, the game was also tweaked to suit the touch interface of Android devices, making it easier for you to navigate the game environment. Slide and tap gestures were also enable in battle for selecting targets and cutting through enemies. Of course, the graphics were also optimized for Android devices and the game also now supports English, French, Italian, German, Spanish, Chinese, and Japanese.
