Switch Android Game Review
Overview
This is a long overdue review of the game Switch. From the makers of Bang Bang Racing THD which is one of the most gorgeous-looking game for Tegra 2 Tablets, Switch is a fast-paced distance game set in a 3D futuristic environment. Best way to describe this Android is – an addictive, fast-paced game.
Gameplay
Being a distance game, the objective of the game is simply to travel as far as you can controlling a futuristic vehicle. Sounds easy? Well, yes or no. The premise of the game maybe as simple as driving your vehicle to the farthest end of a seemingly endless roadway but then along the way you’ll encounter obstacles and opponents who will try to stop you from travelling the farthest distance as possible. Because the moment you bumped into the obstacle or gets beaten by your opponents, you’ll have to restart the game from the start. That’s right, there’s no facility for continuing from where you ended before your vehicle got crashed. Otherwise, it will defeat the premise of the game. The good news is that along the way, you’ll also be able to pick-up power-ups that will help you smashed through your opponents and get the highest score as possible.

Features
One thing that you’ll appreciate about this Android game is the fact that it’s graphics is one of the most colorful I’ve seen so far in an Android game. The colored tracks might make you feel dizzy especially since you’ll be looking at fast-moving objects on a multi-colored race tracks. But if you get use to it, you’ll enjoy the game’s environment. It also helps that the game is set in a 3D environment, so it lessens the eye-straint that you’ll get for playing the game for prolonged duration.
The game also has a nice background music which is original to the game. It supports Open Feint for recording your game achievements as well as comparing it with other players worldwide.Best of all the app is free to download from the Android Market.
Verdict
To sum up, I will have to say that I enjoyed playing Switch for several hours continously. Thankfully my eyes did not suffer after all those hours. I still play the game from time to time though not as much as I did the first time I installed it on my Android phone. If you enjoy fast-paced games involving futuristic vehicles set in futuristic 3D environment, this game is definitely for you. If you’re not sure whether you’ll enjoy this game or not, give it a try still and see for yourself whether it’s a good game or not. As far as my gaming experience goes, I’m pretty sure you’ll like Switch Android game.
