T-Mobile Announces Pricing and Pre-Order Info for myTouch 4G Slide, $199 On Contract
According to a post on T-Mobile’s Facbook, the previously announced myTouch 4G Slide by HTC will be available July 27th for $199.99 on a two year contract. At the time of announcement, pricing and availability information was not released, but today, we learned in addition to the July 27th launch, T-Mobile will be holding an exclusive web-only pre-order starting July 19.
The myTouch 4G will be available in black and khaki colors. The slider QWERTY smartphone boasts a 3.7 inch touch screen display, a dual-core 1.2GHz Snapdragon processor, HTC Sense 3.0, Android 2.3, 8MP rear facing camera, 1080p video capture, and Swype. Overall, it will definitely be another solid Android offering from T-Mobile and is sure to meet and potentially exceed the expectations of people who thrive on physical QWERTY keyboards.
