The T-Mobile myTouch 4G Slide Could Launch July 27
The trend for product announcements lately, especially of smartphones, is to provide a vague answer of pricing and release date. The T-Mobile myTouch 4G Slide was announced last week for $199 on contract as the newest addition to the myTouch lineup. Unfortunately, T-Mobile did not provide us with the exact launch date, leaving customers to deliberate over whether he/she should wait for the 4G Slide, or drop the cash on another option such as the HTC Sensation.
Fortunately, a leaked internal screenshot claims the myTouch 4G Slide will launch July 27. If you take a look at the image above, you’ll see that it refers to the myTouch 4G Slide by its codename — the Doubleshot. This is the first rumor we’re seeing regarding the potential launch date of the myTouch 4G Slide, and I image we will be hearing of a few more in the coming weeks supporting this rumor or claiming a different launch date altogether.
