Sometimes you hear about a game that’s too odd to exist. Such is the case of Frederic Resurrection of Music from Forever Entertainment. What makes this little gem so bizarre? How bout’ Fredrick Chopin having a rap battle with a DJ and getting smoked out in Jamaica. Curious?
Frederic Resurrection of Music follows the tale of Chopin, as he rises from the grave and goes in search of what caused his demise. You’ll do this through “duels” where you’ll take on local artists from around the world in Piano Hero style battles. Chopins tunes are remixed to match the region he’s battling in which makes for some interesting scenarios. By the numbers Frederic Resurrection of Music offers up 10 remixes of famous Chopin tunes, 9 bizarre battles, and 18 achievements.
I was introduced to Frederic Resurrection of Music thanks to a friend’s iPad and am thrilled to see this baby come to Android. It’s by far one of the more interesting musical games you’ll ever play although it’s a tad short. You’ll still get hours out of the game, but you will want more which isn’t necessarily a bad thing.
