Top 5 Jumping Games for Android
1. Robot Unicorn Attack
This is one of my favorite quirky games for Android, and the music fit’s it perfectly. You’re a Robotic Unicorn that gallops and jumps through the levels while leaving a “trail” of rainbows in your wake. It’s one of those games you just have to play to understand, and it’s from the folks at Adult Swim if that helps any. If you’d like to play a trippy, fun game with a super bizarre theme song, you should definitely check out Robot Unicorn Attack for .99 cents in the Android market.
2. NinJump
In NinJump you’ll climb and jump your way up a building while having to avoid birds, killer squirrels, enemy ninjas, and bombs. There are bonuses and power-ups you can collect along the way, and NinJump will keep track of your score with the Paypaya Leaderboard system. Backflip Studios put out a fun little jumping game with NinJump, and you can get it for free from the market.
3. Doodle Jump
Doodle Jump from GameHouse lets you jump in doodle style. It’s a straight forward jumper that uses the tilt controls to guide the little guy as he bounces through the air. You’ll take out your enemies by shooting “nose balls,” and pick up power-ups like the always popular rocket pack. It’s a great looking game, and you can get it for .99 cents from the Android market.
4. Herman the Hermit
Herman the Hermit is a new jumping game from Capcom Mobile that puts you in the role of a crazy old Hermit named Herman. Herman loves to jump, and you’re going to jump a lot as you cross a slick looking landscape. The graphics are very good on this one, and it was quite a bit of fun to play. You can check out Herman the Hermit for $1.99 in the Android market.

5. Space Jump
If you want to jump about in outer space, you should check out Space Jump from Candy Mobile. In this space based jumper you’ll want to jump up as high as possible while having to avoid aliens and fireballs among other hazards. You’ll use your phones tilt controls to move left or right, and you can tap the screen most of the monsters you’ll encounter. Space Jump is free to download from the market.
