Highborn Chapter 2 now Available for Android!

Highborn Chapter 2 now Available for Android!

It’s been a great day for games so far, and it just got a little better as Jet Set Games has finally released Chapter 2 of their popular game Highborn. Some of you might not have heard of the game yet as it’s only available on the Amazon market or with Appscribe. If you’re new to the world of Highborn its basically a casual turn-based strategy game with a sense of humor, awesome graphics, and loads of depth. Sounds great doesn’t it? Well it is and Chapter 2 looks to add a bit more awesomeness to an already outstanding game..

American Eagle releases the official AE Android App

American Eagle releases the official AE Android App

I’ve been shopping at American Eagle for years now, so I was pretty psyched up when I got an email telling me their official Android app had been released. It was made better by the fact that I was told I’d receive discounts for using the app along with AE Rewards points. I knew the app would look great, but I wasn’t sure if it would actually work after reading the early market comments. At first I had issues with the app like 50% of users were having, then two days later it started working, and it’s been up and running ever since.

A Review of Da Vinci’s Quest for Android

As I’m always on the prowl for new and interesting Android games, I got a little excited when I noticed something called Da Vinci’s Quest in the market. I assumed it was a quest game, and picked it up going off the name & a quick glance at a screenshot. What I got when I fired up the game was a total surprise, but not a bad one by any means. So what’s Da Vinci’s Quest all about? Read on to find out..

I’ve played almost every Android Pool game there is, so I had to give this one a go. I can say with confidence that Pool Bar HD is a great looking game, but is it any fun? Read on to find out…

Age of Defenders brings Tower Offense to Android Tablets

Age of Defenders brings Tower Offense to Android Tablets

What’s better than a Tower Defense game? Simple answer… a Tower Offense game! A new Android game from Cuketa called Age of Defenders gives you Tower Defense & Offense all in one great looking package. If that wasn’t enough it’s also a multiplayer cross-platform game for Android, iOS devices, Macs, and PC’s. The multiplayer aspect of the game is one of the main selling points as you’ll be playing against other players across the globe on different devices instead of some silly old AI. What if you’re a loner and don’t play well with others? No problem, as Cuketa also threw in a campaign mode with 5 single player missions and two levels of difficulty. Here’s a brief rundown of some of the features…

Trivial Wikipedia – Android Game Review

Trivial Wikipedia – Android Game Review

Trivial Wikipedia is a great new Trivia Game from G-APP that lets you test your knowledge against Ink stained Wikipedia pages. Normally I’m not a big fan of trivia games, but as I am a fan of Wikipedia I thought I’d give Trivial Wikipedia a try. I was pleasantly surprised at what I found when I fired up the game although there was one small feature I could have done without. What was the feature that drove me nuts and does it kill the game? Fine Volume Control v2 now available in the Android Market

Fine Volume Control v2 now available in the Android Market

Volume control is one of the few gripes I’ve experienced with any cell phone I’ve owned. You either can’t get it loud enough, it’s too loud or it’s difficult to adjust the volume of certain things separately. Fine Volume Control 2.0 by Opotech is set to help folks out in a few of those areas by allowing you to change the volume in 1% increments. It won’t make your phone any louder, but a few of the features listed below will certainly make life easier…

The Adventures of Tintin – Android Game Review

Gameloft… sometimes I love them and sometimes I hate them, but I can’t deny they have put out some great looking games. The mobile gaming giant dropped a little game called The Adventures of Tin Tin into the market this week, and although I’d heard of the upcoming movie & comic I really didn’t know a lot about good ol’ Tintin. After playing the game for awhile, I can now say I know who Tintin & Snowy are and may even check the movie out now. Was the game really good enough to make me an instant fan? Read on to find out…
