Tho not newbie friendly. Needs better English UI. Top tier AI also needs work, they keep calling quick cheap hands instead of playing skillfully.

There's no other riichi mahjong app of this quality, and there's enough in English to get you around as long as you know the rules. There are a few issues (may be differences in rules, but options would be nice): 1) the riichi bet is put down before the tile is discarded - a riichi bet shouldn't count if the tile discarded is claimed for a win 2) if multiple players win on the same tile, only one winner is declared, and never the player 3) sometimes a round ends even if East won
