5 Android Apps That Will Help You Run Your Business From Your Tablet

When you’re running a business it’s a breath of fresh air to know you don’t need to be glued to your desk every day, but if you’re going to work on your business while on the move you’ll still need some help. If you have a tablet there are a bunch of android apps that will make running your business much easier and in certain cases you wouldn’t be able to live without them. Here are a few you might like and when you get used to them you’ll find yourself leaving your desk a lot more often.

Android Apps for Business

TouchDown

When you deal with lots of emails on a daily basis it can sometimes waste a lot of time and this isn’t good when you’re trying to be as productive as possible. If you’ve ever used Outlook before you’ll know how easy it is to organize everything and TouchDown could be called the android equivalent. I think one of the biggest features is the ability to configure everything to your liking, because I know with a lot of other apps it’s simply not possible to do it to the same degree.

MailChimp

If you’re not building an email list these days no matter what industry you’re in you can safely say you’re leaving a lot of money on the table. It’s so important to have a way to keep in touch with your customers you can’t put it into words. MailChimp is one of the easiest email services on the market you use and you can take care of everything inside the app. Once you start using it you’ll be able to make money even if you’re hundreds of miles away from the office.

Cloud Print

Even though we’re living in a digital age where most things are done on the computer you’ll still need to print things out on occasion and you’ll need an app to do it. Cloud Print only needs access to a printer connected to Google Cloud Print and you’ll be able to start printing anything out straight away. You will also be able to do everything remotely in case you need to print something out for someone in your office while you’re out and about.

SignMyPad Pro

In business you will always have to sign things because for some documents a signature is essential, but this has always posed problems in the past because of the time wasted to print something out. Luckily there is a great app, SignMyPad Pro that will allow you to sign official documents on your tablet. You don’t have to worry about the lack of a physical signature coming back to haunt you because they’re legally binding and you’ll always be covered.

Kingsoft Office

One thing you will need is an all-in-one office suite and Kingsoft Office is the perfect choice for android users, because it’s easy to use and it can support almost any type of file you’ll need. It can also sync up with lots of different online storage services, which means there will be less paper floating around and you won’t need to use the paper shredder as often. It has a built-in file manager so it’s easy to organize everything and you’ll spend a lot less time looking for important stuff.

Android Apps – Taking Care of Your Needs

I hope the apps we’ve covered today will take care of your needs and it’s likely you might need to use them all, plus there are a hundred others out there that will deal with everything else. If you don’t spend much time working remotely you should start small by getting to use these apps first because you don’t want to feel overwhelmed trying to learn how to use everything at once.
