Dungeon Hunter 4 finally arrives for Android
If you are a fan of Gameloft’s Diablo-esque Dungeon Hunter games you can now breathe a sigh of relief. Gameloft has finally released Dungeon Hunter 4 for Android, and the people of Valenthia are awaiting your arrival… If you’re unfamiliar with the popular Dungeon Hunter series, they are basically popular dungeon crawlers reminiscent of Diablo… well the first two were anyway. The third version went F2P, but was still beloved by gamers for the most part. Dungeon Hunter 4 brings the dungeon crawling aspect back, but still throws in some multiplayer action with Co-Op arenas, PVP, and Team Deathmatch.
There’s a solid single player campaign mode to work your way through as well, and the graphics appear to be even slicker than they were in the previous games. I also think the Battlworn class character looks a bit like Jaime Lannister from the 1st season of Game of Thrones. Definitely doesn’t look like the current version of The Kingslayer… Dungeon Hunter 4 has only been out a little over an hour, so I haven’t had a chance to spend much time with the game yet. What I’ve seen so far has been pretty damned awesome, and while I know the IAP’s are present, they haven’t been a problem quite yet. The other issue people have been griping about is lag, and unfortunately I did get a bit of that. It didn’t ruin things, but it was certainly noticeable. We’ll be back with a full review of Dungeon Hunter 4 next week until then we highly advise you to check it out for yourself. You can snag Gameloft’s Dungeon Hunter 4 for free on Google Play.
