Firefox Mobile Web Browser for Android Available for Download
For quite sometime now Mozilla has been putting its Firefox Mobile Web Browser Android app into beta test. I’ve tried several release candidates of this Android app in beta and I could pretty well say that each releases keeps on getting better and improving. So now, Mozilla is all set up and satisfied with the final iteration of their Android app and has officially released its final version on the Android Market. And it seems that the series of test has proved beneficial to Firefox Mobile for Android as the web browser has become pretty fast and even more powerful than its previous iterations. One thing you’ll appreciate from this Android browser is its full support for third party add-ons similar to the desktop version. Similarly, the app allows you to synchronize bookmarks, passwords, and open tabs when you’re using the browser on your Android phone or on your desktop. For those expecting Adobe Flash support, sorry to disappoint you folks but the latest version of Firefox Mobile for Android still doesn’t has the feature. But to compensate for this Mozilla made sure that you won’t feel shortchanged so some nice features were added to the app. These include – support for custom search engines, saving pages as PDF files, and full support for HTML5. Other new features of Firefox Mobile Web Browser Android app include – streamlined interface, private and secure synchronization, and thousands of customization features. Mozilla Firefox Mobile Web Browser for Android is available as a free download from the Android Market.
