Go on a Dark Adventure with BulkyPix's Yesterday for Android

by On December 4, 2012

Bulkypix has dropped some slick games lately, and you can add another one to that list with the point and click thriller from Pendulo Studios called Yesterday. If you’re looking for a great looking game geared more towards adults keep reading as Yesterday is game you’re going to want to check out. Yesterday is a point and click style adventure game that mixes comics and mini-movies into a Noir thriller involving an evil serial killer that’s running loose on the streets of NYC. The insane killer seems to only target homeless people and the media don’t care so it’s up to you and a few others to find the killer and bring him to justice. The interface is easy to use as you simply click where you want to go, pick up items for your inventory, etc… pretty standard fare. What isn’t standard though is the way the game looks; to say the world of Yesterday is stunning would be an understatement as it’s definitely one of the cooler looking adult themed adventure games we’ve had on Android. While I haven’t had a chance to spend a lot of time with the game, Yesterday is a slick looking game that’s well worth a look. I did notice a few things that were rough around the edges which seemed odd for a game with so much polish, but the game itself is easy to play and very easy on the eyes. If you’re in the mood for a little intrigue there’s a free version of Yesterday you can check out or you can pick up the full version for only $4.99 on Google Play.
