Google Music Throws a Tax Day Flash Sale

by On April 13, 2013

tax.day.saleEveryone loves a good sale, including the folks at Google. With the Tax deadline approaching, they’ve decided to throw a Tax Day Flash Sale on Google Music and there are plenty of great deals to be had across a wide variety of genres.Screenshot_2013-04-13-15-03-43 As with most Google Music sales the prices per album range between 6.99 and 2.99. Unlike previous sales, there are a lot of actual “deals” this time around with plenty of albums priced cheaply. The 2.99 deals include albums from artists like Prince, Jason Mraz, Tom Petty, B.o.B, U2, Trey Songz, Daft Punk, and Meek Mill. If you want to spend a few more bucks you can pick up music by folks like Fleetwood Mac, Maroon 5, Mary J. Blige, Scarface, and Luciano Pavarotti. The $6.99 albums are still a deal and there are some excellent artists to choose from; some of our favorites were REO Speedwagon, Jeff Buckley, NAS, and Pearl Jam. There’s only one album that costs more that 7 bucks and that’s Aerosmiths Greatest Hits which I wouldn’t necessarily consider a steal at $10.99. Especially considering they have another hits album up for 3 bucks. We can overlook that one though as there are some terrific deals to be had.Screenshot_2013-04-13-15-04-19 The Google Music Tax Day Flash Sale is one of the better music sales Google has had lately, and it has a better selection than the Anniversary sale did in my opinion. If you’re looking to pick up some good music on the cheap, now’s your chance and you better act fast as the deals won’t last for long. Tax Day Flash Sale
