Unless you reside under a rock you probably know that the Nexus 4 phone and Nexus 10 tablet make their debut today. Europe and Australia got to place their preorders last night (lucky them), but the wait is over for those of us in the United States as pre-orders have just gone live. In case you’re on the fence about the new devices we’ll take a quick look at the thing most people are curious about… the specs. First up we’ve got the LG Nexus 4 with its massive 4.7” screen. This little sucker sports a Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro, comes with 8GB or 16GB of internal storage, and runs Andorid 4.2 Jelly Bean. The screen resolution comes in at 1290 x 768 (320 ppi) and you’re getting WXGA IPS on a Corning Gorilla Glass 2 display. You can snag the 8GB N4 for $299.00 and pick up the 16GB version for $349.00. Next up is the Nexus 10. This 10-inch tablet boasts a screen resolution of 2560 x 1600 on its Gorilla Glass 2 display and comes with 2GB of RAM . In regards to storage you can choose from 16GB and 32GB depending on your budget, and the tablet should smoke with its Dual-core ARM Cortex-A15. It comes with the latest version of Jelly Bean and you’ll have to pony up $399.00 for the 16GB version while the 32GB version will set you back $499.00. I just picked up the Samsung Galaxy s3 a few months ago so I won’t be checking out the Nexus 4 (I’m a Samsung guy), but that the Nexus 10 has definitely piqued my interest. You’re getting a lot of bang for your buck on that Nexus 10, and it will be a tablet to contend with this holiday season. Pre-Orders were supposed to open up at noon today on the East Coast, but it looks like they’ve started about 20 minutes early. These are going to sell out very, very quickly so get your Credit Card ready and hit the links below to pick one up.
