YoYo Games is getting gamers in the Halloween spirit with a great new Android game called Grave Maker. I’ve actually been following this one for a while and as a fan of all things ghoulish I can honestly say it was well worth the wait. Grave Maker is a game about planting and growing… ghouls. That’s right you won’t be growing boring old squash or zucchini in this little gem, instead you’ll get to plant zombies, fish men, and wraiths. You progress in the game by completing tasks that range from planting a zombie to putting out decoration or attacking townsfolk. Yup, Grave Maker lets you put your freshly grown ghouls to use as you’ll have to send them out to fight against the villagers. There’s a lot going on in the game and a ton of stuff to build with over 30 monsters, 40 decorations, and 30 different crops. That’s not even taking in to account the actual buildings, animals or special items. I literally downloaded this one immediately after it dropped so while I haven’t been able to spend much time with it I definitely like what I’ve seen so far. I got tired of planting flowers and vegetables in games last year, but planting zombies and vampires is a whole different ballgame. Grave Maker is definitely a game you’ll want to check out although device compatibility seems to be limited at the moment. I own 5 devices and only one (ASUS 300 Tab) is compatible at this time. That being said it’s only been out an hour so I’m sure it will be compatible on more devices soon. If you’re ready to give it a go you can pick up YoYo Games Grave Maker for free on Google Play.
