HTC Europe Launches the New Gratia Android Phone

HTC Europe has just launched a new Android phone called HTC Gratia. If you’ve been following HTC’s Android phone releases, you must be familiar with the HTC Aria. Well, you can call the HTC Gratia as the European version of the HTC Aria, although this time, the HTC Gratia will running on Android 2.2 OS upon release. When it comes to design, the HTC Gratia sports a sleek and compact form factor with seamless wrap-around soft-cover minus the hard edges. This Android phone measures only 4 inches in length and weighs a mere 4.06 ounces. It also boasts of a 5MP camera, which is a pretty average camera if we have to compare it with most Android phones available in the market today. The HTC Gratia also features HTC Sense UI. Everyone familiar with HTC smartphones would know that the HTC Sense UI enables you to personalized your smartphone’s homescreen and also gives you access to popular apps including Facebook, Twitter and Flickr. Under the hood, the HTC Gratia is equipped with a 600MHz processor, 384MB RAM, 3.2-inch HVGA display, support for HSPA/WCDMA and QuadBand networks. Other features include – Bluetooth 2.1, G-Sensor, Light Sensor, Proximity Sensor, digital compass, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g and an optical trackball.
