While Sprint is certainly having fun launching the HTC EVO 3D, the HTC EVO View 4G, and the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 all on the same day, Verizon Wireless customers are left wondering when the next LTE or dual-core Android smartphone is going to launch. In recent weeks, many of the Verizon Wireless rumors have centered upon the Motorola Droid 3, and today, a leaked internal Best Buy screenshot shows that it is going to drop on July 14th. Unfortunately, we still have not heard much about pricing, and we have no indication that it will launch with 4G LTE capabilities, but wouldn’t it be something if Verizon Wireless priced it at $200 on contract and included the 4G LTE radio? Other specs include a 4.0 inch qHD touch screen, Android 2.3, 16GB of internal hard drive space, 1GHz dual-core OMAP processor, VGA front facing camera, and a 8MP rear facing camera with 1080p video recording capabilities. We’re still waiting for pricing rumors and hopefully Verizon Wireless officially announces the Droid 3 sometime soon.
