Magisto brings its magical video editing app to Android

by On August 29, 2012

I remember using Magisto for several times when it was released for the iPhone not so long ago. It was pretty good editor which lets you spruce up short video you’ve captured using your mobile phone. And the purpose for doing so is of course to share the video with your friends and family through social networks. And so Magisto just made its presence felt on the Android platform by way of a new Android app which was just released a couple of days ago. Take note that this app received accolades by iPhone users because it allows you to easily add fanfare to your otherwise bland video, before sharing them. Magisto is described as a fun and easy way to share your video memories with your friends. All you need to do is shoot and then upload your videos and use the app’s features for making beautifully edited videos with music and effects. After which, you’re free to share the videos via Facebook, Twitter, email or YouTube. Mind you, after using this app to edit your videos, you’ll be amazed at how professional the results will be. All things said, the app log enumerates the features as follow:

  • Unprecedented AI Technology that analyzes and edits the best parts of your videos
  • Easily share to Facebook, Twitter, Email and even YouTube
  • Automatic video stabilization, filters, effects and transitions
  • Facial recognition detects the important people in your videos
  • Upload videos from your Gallery or use Magisto as a smart video camera
  • Add soundtracks from your device or from Magisto’s library of licensed music
  • Access your movies from any device

Magisto is available now as a free download from Google Play.
