Maylong 7-inch M-150 WiFi Middie Universe Android Tablet Up for Grabs for $99

by On October 28, 2010

If you find the different offerings of major carriers for the Samsung Galaxy Tab a bit on the expensive side, retailer Walgreens is offering an alternative Android tablet and it goes by the name – Maylong M-150 WiFi Middie Universe Tablet. Believe it or not, this baby will only cost you $99. Surprisingly, this Android tablet packs in some powerful specs – a 7-inch (800×480) tablet with resistive touchscreen, runs Android 1.6, a 400 MHz processor, 256MB RAM, Wi-Fi, USB ports and  microSD card slot. Walgreens product listing also mentioned something about the device capable of web browsing, reading ebooks, watching YouTube, and playing videos. The package also comes with a stylus. Unfortunately, from the sample image posted on the  product site, it looks like whoever is selling this tablet clearly manipulated the stuff that you see from the screen.  The fake Internet Explorer icon steals the authenticity of the image, if you know what I mean. Anyway, if you’re eyeing to get an Android Tablet this coming Christmas season, you could possibly get three of these for the price of one Samsung Galaxy Tab. What do you think? via Techspot
