Verizon’s 4G LTE superphone — the Samsung Droid Charge — is now available with Amazon Wireless for just $99 on contract. Given the fact that Verizon Wireless still sells the Droid Charge for $299 on a two year contract, I’d say $99 on a two year contract for a solid 4G LTE phone is a great deal. No word on how long Amazon will be running the promotion for, but if you’re looking to sign a new contract with Verizon, now may be the time to do it and take advantage of this great phone. Free two day shipping and a waived activation free are included complimentary of Amazon.
In terms of specs, the Droid Charges boasts a 1GHz single-core processor, Android 2.2, 8MP rear facing camera, 2GB of onboard memory, VGA front facing camera, and a 4.3 inch Super AMOLED Plus display.
