It’s safe to say that Samsung’s Galaxy Tab is definitely the most popular Android tablet currently available and has really set the stage for future Android tablets. About two months ago, it was announced that Samsung had already sold one million Galaxy Tabs and today, a Korean website is reporting Samsung reached the two million plateau. Part of the Galaxy Tab’s immense success is availability. It is available all all four major carriers in the United States as well a few other regional carriers. On the global scale, it is available in 94 countries and is sold by 200 carriers. As soon as Samsung launches the WiFi only version of the Galaxy Tab, I imagine even more sales will take place. Samsung is rumored to be launching a successor to the original Galaxy Tab, which may receive an announcement at MWC 2011.
