These Android phones are the Sanyo Zio and Samsung Tranform which are available for $199 and $99 respectively. The price comes with a 2-year service agreement and after mail-in rebate. Feature-wise, there’s nothing really extraordinary about these two smartphones. Their specs and features are pretty standard among Android smartphones available in the market today.
