1. Rockmelt: Best of the Web & News

If you like to stay up to date on the latest happening from around the web, today is your lucky day. Rockmelt was released last week, and it’s a great way to find awesome things on the net and share them with your friends. It’s customizable, easy to use, and it’s free to download on Google Play.

2. Fake Me Out of Here 2fake.me.out

If you ever wanted to excuse yourself from an awkward situation, a cleverly timed phone call is the best way to go. Fake Me Out of Here 2 can deliver that as it will simulates a fake phone call when you shake your device. Very handy. Incrediapp’s Fake Me Out of Here 2 is free to download on Google Play.


3. Frozen Synapse

Frozen Synapse finally came to Android last week, and while it’s in Final Beta it’s a game you’ll want ot check out if you’re turn-based strategy. Frozen Synapse lets you take control of tactical squad, and you’ll have to issue orders to take down enemies in over 55 single player missions. Throw in 5 multiplayer modes and you’ve got yourself the best mobile strategy game around. You can get Frozen Synapse as part of the Humble Bundle or pick it up for $6.99 on Google Play.

4. Knobs Toucher Theme GOknobs.toucher

Every once in a while we come across a slick theme for a launcher, and this week it’s the Knobs Toucher Theme for GO Launcher. The knob-style controls are inspired by the Path app, and it’s one of the better Toucher themes we’ve seen. Everyone loves a good photo bomb, and if you’re looking to add a little flavor to your photos we’ve got just the thing. The Kool-Aid Photobomb App lets you insert the Kool-Aid Man into your favorite pictures and you’ll be able to share them through the usual social channels. 6. Gangstar Vegas

Gameloft unleashed the next entry into its Gangstar series last week, and they took things to Vegas and threw in some MMA for good measure. It’s basically a mini version of GTA set in Vegas, and it’s just as hardcore as the other Gangstar games. It’ll set up back $6.99, but you’re getting a lot of bang for your buck.gangstar.vegas

The Official Fakeblock App gives you the power of wood on your favorite Android device thanks to the fine folks at Gobias Industries.
