1. Dream House Daysdream house days-android

Kairosoft dropped their first release of 2013 last week and it was a doozy. Dream House Days lets you run and manage your own apartment complex, but that’s really just the beginning of it. You’ll have to keep tenants apartments stocked with the latest amenities, help them get hitched, and get them better jobs if they’re not making enough cash. It’s basically The Sims done up Kairosoft style and it’s loads of fun. Dream House Days is free to download, but ad-supported although the ads can be removed  the IAP setup.

2. 7×7

Looking for a minimalistic puzzler? If so you look no further than 7×7 from Kiip. The game is inspired by the game “5 or more” where you’ll work to make vertical or diagonal rows by dragging like colored pieces across the board. It’s a game you’ve just got to play for yourself, but be warned… it’s hard to put down. You can pick up 7×7 for free on Google Play.

3. Cubes vs. Spheres

One of the most popular games to pop out this year has been Cubes vs. Spheres from Shockpanda Games. You’ll have to defend your sphere against the oncoming cubes by freezing, squishing, and exploding cubes and needless to say you’re going to have a blast doing it. No free version of this one is available, but the full version is a steal at only $0.99.

4. Cute Kill

Cute Kill is yet another Zombie killing game, but it does have one thing that sets it apart from the rest of the pack… a baby. As the game starts up you’re instantly on the run from the zombie hordes, but you’ve got a baby on your back and that baby is a pistol wielding zombie killer. You run while the baby takes out the zombies, and it’s a good time if you’re down for some zombie killing. Touchten’s Cute Kill is free to download on Google Play.

5. Zombie Smasher

Zombie Smasher is Italy Games 2nd zombie killing game and they’d done a smashing job with the game. It’s a “tap & destroy” style of game with 60 levels, 3 different modes of play, and thousands of zombies to kill. It’s a great game to kill some time with and it’s free to download on Google Play.

6. Super Grid Run

Super Grid Run is a cool retro themed game that’s going to test your wits as well as your reflexes. You can read a bit more about the game here or check out the demo for free. If you like what you see the full version of Refresh Creations Super Grid Run can be yours for only $1.09.

7. Cypress Inheritance

Cypress Inheritance is an Action & Adventure game that drops you in the middle of a mystery surrounding a large inheritance, priceless paintings, and robotic knights. We briefly covered this one a few days back and you can read more about it here or pick it up for $2.99 on Google Play.

8. Giant Realms

There are games that let you breed horses, monsters, and about any other animal you can think of. Giant Realms kicks things up a notch by letting you breed Giants which is definitely something new. I haven’t played this one yet, but it looks awesome and it’s free to download.

9. The Chuck

The Chuck hates nerds, but loves kicking ass. That’s the premise behind The Chuck from Studio TeraBites as you’ll play the bearded hero and help him run through stages laying the smack down on every nerd he comes across. It’s good for some quick, quirky fun and it’ll only set you back $0.99.

10. Garfield Coins

Garfield games are pretty popular and we got a new one to play last week with Garfield Coins. It’s the folks at Web Prancer’s attempt at the coin dozing genre, but with a nice Garfield theme. If you want to push some coins around with everyone’ favorite fat feline you can pick up Garfield Coins for free.
