1. DJ Rivals

DJ Rivals is a fun new game from developers Booyah, Inc. This Android game lets you take on the role of a DJ, and you have to battle the evil Bland Corp. It’s got elements of the popular game Rock Band, as you have to tap the notes out during your DJ battles, with a little scratching thrown in for good measure. If you need more info, you can check out our in-depth review. DJ Rivals is available for free in the Market.

2. Not So Crazy Squared

Tangent Web Design that will drive you crazy, literally. This game had me irritated (in a good way) for an hour before I put it down. The goal is to touch the key block with your blocks while avoiding bad blocks. You also have to do it in a certain amount of time. Oh yeah, I almost forgot… the blocks bounce. Not So Crazy Squared is definitely worth a look. I promise you won’t be able to put it down for a while, and you’ll l be frustrated.

3. ESPN FLB 2011

ESPN FLB 2011 lets you access all of your ESPN fantasy baseball teams. You can manage your rosters, set lineups and accept or reject trades. The app will let you keep track of scoring while following your team all season long. The fantasy news section is a nice touch as well. If you use ESPN’s fantasy baseball service, you’ll want to pick up this free app.

4. Colour My World

Colour My World is truly a unique game. You really just have to play it, to get it. You travel across a black & white world to meet your love. It might not sound fun, but the graphics combined with the great music, make a really cool little game. You also get to interact with your environment; you just have to look around and touch the object you think might do something. If you’d like to try something different, you can pick Colour My World up in the market for free.

5. Burn The City

In Burn the City, you get to play a monster that wants to destroy a city. You simply drag the trajectory you want from the monsters mouth, and hit the buildings. Your monster will destroy the cities with fire, boulders, and even TNT. If you’d like to have some good old destructive fun, there are free & paid versions available.

6. Regina 3D Launcher

Another week, another 3D launcher… This week we have Regina 3D Launcher from Nemustech Android. There are some major differences between the two with the main one being price. Actually, Regina works better on my Captivate than the other 3D shell. It runs smooth, and the graphics are great as well. Overall, it’s fun to play with it will definitely impress your friends. Did we mention it’s free?

7. Comb Over Charlie

Comb Over Charlie is a first for Android. It’s a game about a fish with a comb over that seeks revenge against the fish that mocked him. Yup, you read that right. After reading the description I had to try the game, and it turned out to be really fun. The graphics were great to look at, and the soundtrack fit the game perfectly. There’s only a short, trial version available now with a Full Version on the way soon.

8. Fireflies Live Wallpaper

I love live wallpapers, so FireFlies Live Wallpaper had to be included on the list. While the traces of light moving across the screen aren’t exactly fireflies, they are very cool. They look great, move at different speeds, and come in a wide array of colors. There’s a free version, as well as a paid version which lets you change some settings.

9. Pakoomba Call Reminder

Pakoomba Call Reminder will handle all of your important or missed calls with ease. You can set reminders to call people, and when you miss a call it will remind you to call them back. The time frames for the reminders are flexible like this week, weekend, and later today. There are a lot of settings to play with, and you can set the reminders not to pop up during certain hours. I’ve played around with it for a few days, and it’s worked well so far. If you need to be reminded to call people back, this app is for you.

10. Copter 2

Copter 2 is a simple, but fun game where you fly a helicopter and avoid obstacles. You just have to touch and hold the screen to rise, and take your finger away to fall. Your helicopter will have to dodge airplanes and blimps and the game speeds up as the levels progress. They also have a leaderboard where you can check your flying skills against others.
