Train and Race Horses in Kairosoft’s Pocket Stables for Android

by On February 21, 2013

Huzzah! That’s the first thought that went through my head this morning after learning that Kairosoft had finally released Pocket Stables for Android. The long awaited horse racing game has finally arrived, and if you’re into horses or sims it’s game you’ll definitely want to check out. Pocket Stables lets you manage your very own ranch and take on all the tasks that come along with it. You’ll have to build training facilities for your horses complete with tracks and pools; as your ranch becomes more popular you’ll also have to build shops and amenities to keep visitors happy. Another cool twist is that you’ll be able to send your racehorses out to stud so you can breed fast new combinations of horses. In case you’re wondering, you will be able to watch the horses race although I’m unsure if you can use the aura or have any direct effect on the outcome. I was more than a little disappointed in Dream House Days due to the IAP factor and tediousness of the game. Yeah, all Kairosoft’s games are tedious, but DHD took it to all new heights in my opinion. Pocket Stables is the type of game I’ve been waiting for as it looks like Grand Prix Story, but with horses which is awesome. There is no lite version available at this time, but you can pick up the full version of Pocket Stables for $4.99.
