Pirate games come in many shapes and forms. Some games let you play as a pirate while others let you control the pirates’ ship. 6waves Raft Pirates does the latter, and it’s a soul sucking game that will whittle away at your free time and pull you in with its fun turn-based battles.
We all know that Pirates love treasure, and there are plenty of Pirate games in the Android market. Rejected Games have put a new twist on the Pirate game with Island Fortress where you won’t play a Pirate, but you’ll defend against them while protecting your treasure.
I’ve always been a sucker for pirate games, so when I stumbled across Age of Wind 2 in the market I got excited. The game puts you in charge of a ship where you’ll get to fight pirates, trade goods, and do a lot of sailing. This game reminds me of Sid Meier’s, but still has its own style. The graphics are great & the music is really set the tone for me. Will this game sink or be as awesome as it looks? Here’s what we thought…
