Facebook Pages Manager app available now on Google Play store

Facebook has just released another native app for Android called Facebook Pages Manager. Similar to its native Facebook and Facebook Messenger apps, Pages Manager is also a free app with a pretty simple goal – to let you manage your Facebook pages. Currently in version 1.0, Facebook Pages Manager requires Android 2.2 or later to be able to run properly on your Android devices. As mentioned, Facebook Pages Manager is a pretty simple Android app. It allows you to manage your Facebook pages and by that we mean multiple Facebook pages. The app lets you post new updates and images, post reply to comments on your Pages, as well as view and answer private messages sent to your Facebook Pages. Facebook Pages Manager Android app also has notifications which lets you keep updated of new activities that are happening on your Pages. The notification feature however doesn’t seem to have a facility for turning off. So unless you don’t mind getting them, you might want to think first whether you will use the Android app. One feature of this app that will probably make you download and install it on your Android device is that it gives you some useful stats about your Facebook pages through the Pages Insights. This is pretty useful if you’re managing a Facebook Page for social media campaign purposes or for brand awareness campaign. With those stats you can easily do some more actions to improve the performance of the Facebook Pages that you manage. All that being said, I will have to say that Facebook Pages Manager is a good Android app to have and to use on your Android devices if only you are in need of a quick way to monitor and manage your Facebook Pages even while you’re on the go. For social media marketeers, this Android app is definitely a must have. Hopefully, Facebook will come out with more improvements and feature enhancements to the app in the future. Facebook Pages Manager is a available now from Google Play as a free download.
