انطلاقاً من مبدأ التيسير على مواطني مدينة جدة وحرص أمانة محافظة جدة علي توفير أفضل التقنيات و الخدمات الالكترونية لسرعة التواصل معهم في تلقى البلاغات والشكاوي، تم تطوير تطبيق البلاغات الجغرافي 940 للأجهزة الكفية بما يسهل على المواطنين في ارسال البلاغات بكل سهولة ويسر من خلال هاتفه الجوال وذلك بتسجيل الشكاوى على خريطة جغرافية ومصورات فضائية لمدينة جدة باختيار نوع الشكوي المقدمة من ضمن 70 نوعاً من أنواع الشكاوى المتاحة من خلال النظام ويتم تحديد موقع البلاغ تلقائياً من خلال خدمة تحديد المواقع الجغرافية GPS المدمجة في الهواتف الذكية بالإضافة إلى توصيف الشكوى وتسجيل البيانات الخاصة بالمستخدم مثل البريد الإلكتروني ورقم الجوّال لمتابعة حالة الشكوى ولتفعيل التواصل بين المسؤولين بالامانة والمواطنين.تنويه : تم إصلاح مشكلة إظهار اللغة العربية للإجهزة التي تعمل بنظام أندرويد 4.1Proceeding from the principle easier for citizens of the city of Jeddah and the keenness of Jeddah Municipality to provide the best technology and electronic services for faster communication with them to receive reports and complaints, was developed application communications geographical 940 hardware handheld including easier for citizens to send communications with ease through his mobile phone and so register complaints on a geographical map and photographers satellite city of Jeddah choose the type of complaint among the 70 species of types of complaints are available through the system and is locate the author automatically through service GPS GPS embedded in smart phones as well as characterization of the complaint and record user-specific data such as e- mail and mobile number to track the status of the complaint and activate communication between honest officials and citizens.Disclaimer: problem has been fixed to show the Arabic language for devices that are running Android 4.1
