Adventures of the Good Soldier Schweik is a world famous novel and the top works of the great Czech writer Jaroslav Hasek. Little man in a silly overcoat greasy and lounging boots briskly walking on a military road from one absurd adventure to another, even more absurd. It is impossible not to laugh, and it is impossible not to think about. Because very often through the daring humor jokes garrison discerned the true essence of the "Soldier Schweik" – a desperate and powerful call to "lay down their arms and think."
