Cab Grabber came about as a couple of friendly Seattle folks were visiting amazing New York City and learned the ropes how to properly hail a cab.The proper method goes something like this:- Hold hand up high- Whistle (which never works but makes us feel better)- Shout "Yo Taxi!"And to our highly scientific analytical study, many cabs went scooting on by.
