!ROOT needed!Never EVER loose your WiFi settings!Save, restore or import WPA configuration files the quick and ‘dirty’ way.Programmatically it is not (yet?) possible to recover WPA passkeys.By simply bypassing the application layer and recover directly the configuration file, the linux user knows what to do…-Recover from HTTP-Searches at the following wpa_supplicant.conf location:/data/misc/wifi/wpa_supplicant.conf, /data/wifi/bcm_supp.conf-In case your wifi won’t come back:The delete function is just in case your conf file is invalid or corrupt.h caution.Again, there is a backup option! Do this first!——————————————Proposed additions in future releases:** Compatibility between different devices.Network interfaces are declared as ‘wlan0’ others as ‘eth0’ which causes the restore function not to work properly. If you can not wait for the future release, which I totally understand, you can edit the configuration file manually:- Backup your original wifi configuration from each devices, you must have at least 1 wifi configured.- Read the original backup file in /JPh/conf/wifi/[timestamp].conf and remember/mark the"ctrl_interface" parameter- Edit the configuration file you wan’t to restore. In case it still doesn’t work:Mail me the the first lines before "network={" from the original wifi configuration from each devices with the model mentioned.I do not need to know the access point configurations.** Language support for the most ‘Configurator-ing’ countries.(help welcome)- Italian- Spanish- Romanian- German- Polish- Czech- Russian- Estonian- Greek- Hindi- Chinese- Malaysian- Japaneese- …** Custom/manual backup (? any use?)** Backup Trigger ‘OnChange’** Better GUI (…)——————————————Any comments ("The installation is too big!" – Sorry!),Request ("Can it backup my back account?" – No, not yet!),Remarks ("I had to do a factory reset, thanks mate!" – YW!)mail or soon on possible on http://apps.amapz.com …
