This application contains the consolidated versions of the Treaty on European Union and of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union, together with protocols thereto, as they result from the amendments introduced by the Treaty of Lisbon, signed on 13 December 2007, which entered into force on 1 December 2009.. This application also contains the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union proclaimed in Strasbourg on 12 December 2007 by the European Parliament, the Council and the Commission.
