Judo Throws Lite combines techniques from both Vol. 1 & 2. Judo Sensei Brent Goodall and Tauasa Timoteo are 3rd degree(Sandan) Judo black belts in addition to being World Masters champs. Covers 18 techniques which can be used in Judo and BJJ. Since this is a lite version there are only video for 3 of the techniques.
