NVIS retrieves online news from RSS Feeds of major news agencies such as MCOT, TPBS, ASTV Manager and Channel 7, then converts the news text into voice using a Thai Text-To-Speech system called VAJA. NVIS is useful not only for visual impairment and elderly people, but also anyone interested in listening to online news.
