Over The House is an application designed to teach the basics of card counting. It has a counting trainer that flips through a deck of cards periodically asking the user what the count is. It also gives you a chance to test your skills in a real game situation where you play one on one with the dealer. To make the game accurately reflect your card counting ability it utilizes a virtual deck of cards that has cards removed from it as they’re played. Not all computer black jack games use this method and if it is not done this way the count will not hold any bearing on the game.
