Photo Markup allows you to take a picture or load an image and annotate, markup, draw on the image and then save it for later use. The image saves to the SD card with a unique name of your choice plus a system time stamp. This app was initially developed with construction and legal use in mind and for phones with high quality cameras, however this app also quickly became my son’s favorite app and works well on most phones.
