The Telstra T-Box is a set-top box which plugs into a BigPond broadband internet connection and a television. It enables normal Free to Air TV and broadband TV to be delivered to the home television set. Telstra has created an Android application which acts as a remote control for the T-Box. It is a free, fun, easy-to-use app that turns your Android device into a remote control. You can control your T-Box wherever you can get access to your home network. Just like the T-Box remote control, the Android application can be used to change channels, control the volume, navigate menu items, etc. on your T-Box.To use the application the Android device will need to be on the same home network as the T-Box, the T-Box will need to be powered on and the Android application started.
