Intended for coaches or serious track or road racing athletes, the Team Oregon Split Wizard is the ideal tool for interval workouts. Given the athletes goal race distance and time and an interval length the Wizard will compute the proper split time and save it in the built in stopwatch.In stopwatch mode, the watch can be started and stopped for each interval or used to accumulate intermediate splits during longer pace runs. All intervals and splits are saved in a scrolling window with the total time, split time and error in the split time from the split time goal.For those wishing to run intervals at a percentage of the goal pace, a percent effort can be set.
