Text Roulette lets you send custom input messages to random contacts in your phone book. It randomly picks a contact from your phone book and sends a text when the user hits the roulette wheel.Users can set preferences to see who the text will go to before sending, as a "safety" net, so the user can confirm (or back out =P) before sending.
