Trauma Responder Lite is a free but partly functional version of Trauma Responder. Trauma Responder uses the Android phone built-in accelerometer to detect free-fall or crash conditions while carrying your phone. Free-fall distance and accelerometer sensitivity can be adjusted to give the best performance for a particular situation such as falling from a chair, stepladder or roof. Trauma Responder will automatically ans sequentially call up to four phone numbers, including 911 and play a recorded message of your creation. Trauma Responder is particularly useful when you are engaged in dangerous life-threatening activities, or if you have physical disabilities. Calls will be made automatically unless Trauma Responder is stopped. Calls therefore will be made if you are unconscious.The Lite version disables the monitoring function but otherwise gives you the opportunity to fully test the app.
