Application send SMS to your Samsung TV screen. When you get sms or someone call to you, application send information about this to TV. You can read received sms in your Samsung TV. ACCESS_WIFI_STATE, ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE – check if wifi is on CHANGE_WIFI_STATE, WAKE_LOCK – if wifi is off, I try turn on wifi and send information again.
