<div id="doc-original-text">This is a Demo-App to illustrate the functions of AR Maintenance.<p>The augmented reality (AR) application detects and identifies the equipment parts which are in view of the camera. It registers their position and orientation relative to the camera.<p>This Demo-App includes five camera positions. The user has to navigate to these positions. The application will guide the user to these target positions by directing arrows. After holding the camera in the right position for more than three seconds one task is completed. Then the next position will be loaded.<p>The application is developed using Open ActiveWrl (<a href="http://www.google.com/url?q=http://open-activewrl.sourceforge.net/&usg=AFQjCNF6-AzrUYRfrZKTyZaywiHbs-R0XA" target="_blank">http://open-activewrl.sourceforge.net/</a>), a interactive 3D-Framwork based on X3D. The framwork uses ARToolKitPlus (<a href="http://www.google.com/url?q=http://handheldar.icg.tugraz.at/artoolkitplus.php&usg=AFQjCNHSla06u_pUXhGkQJsRVIMo6Vi3gQ" target="_blank">http://handheldar.icg.tugraz.at/artoolkitplus.php</a>) for marker tracking.
