Use this app: it replaces the incoming call screen or automatically answers the call and enters to loudspeaker mode, so you can pay more attention to driving!This widget has 3 states:*Disabled*Manual – it replaces the incoming call screen to screen with large "accept call" and "reject call" buttons, so you don’t need to use "slide-to-answer" screen.
