Ending Blends Word Builder is designed to help children learn about the ending consanant blends word sounds. The app features the blends ft, ll, nt, st, nd, sk, rn, ck, mp and lk. For each ending sound the student selects, there is list of beginning sounds. After choosing a beginning and ending sound, clicking the "Read" button will display the new word, an image representing the word (so, a picture of a duck for the word duck) and will play the word. Working speakers (usually built in) or a headset are required to hear the sound. The app contains nearly 100 different word combinations, sound files, and images. Great for young readers!
